protection and acoustic insulation solution on projects

speakers. They provide sufficient space for Amina CV back boxes to be used thus maintaining optimum
sound quality and reduced sound transmission in plasterboard installations.

Allows installation of Amina loudspeakers into plasterboard with a rear cavity depth of just 30mm – Please note, rear of loudspeaker should be covered using soft insulation material where mounting blocks are used to prevent ingress of debris over time.

The BackboxCV300 is an easy to install, sound proofing backbox for the Amina iQ
Developer Series and the LFieT series. For use in plasterboard cavity walls (drywalls)
and ceilings, the BackboxCV300 creates a sealed enclosure around the back of the
speaker utilising a specially designed composite sound proofing layer. The Backbox-
CV300 is recommended for multispeaker installations the cavity loading the backbox
provides will ensure consistent sound quality from all speaker locations.
