The origin of Clark Synthesis lies in one man’s desire to change the way people experience sound. Before the invention of transducers, the only way to feel sound from a speaker was to turn up a subwoofer loud enough to feel the bass. People can still do this, but the problem is that hearing damage or loss can occur when listening to music at high levels, especially for an extended period of time. The transducer was developed as a means to feel and experience sound without needing to turn up speaker volume, thus preventing hearing damage. The transducer uses tactile sound technology to achieve this very special effect.
Since 1994, Clark Synthesis has been manufacturing and selling full-frequency, full-fidelity Tactile Sound Transducers (TST’s) into the home theater, gaming, prosound, and military simulation markets.

Clark Synthesis Gold TST329

The Gold TST329 is the first of the units to utilise Neodymium rare earth magnets, thus the price and performance increase. This offers more fidelity and efficiency (twice the output) over the Silver model. It can be used in seating and in floors and risers.

The Platinum TST429 is the most powerful in the range. The Platinum's doubling of output over the Gold is accomplished by increasing the quantity of the Neodymium material and specialised components. Because of its output the device will work in floors, risers, and many types of seating.

The Silver TST239 is the start of the powerful line up, and it features a highly accurate patented design and has the ability to activate seating such as traditional theater seats or most standard chairs or recliners.
