Linn LP12 Cirkus Upgrade Kit

The Cirkus kit is the most fundamental and cheapest upgrade possible for your LP12, provided your deck does not have one already fitted. Introduced in 1993, the key features and components of the Cirkus bearing and sub-chassis kit are:
• The main bearing body is far more rigid than before.
• There is an increased distance between top and bottom liners in the bearing housing itself to make it as stable as possible, thus eliminating even the smallest amount of rocking of the spindle.

Strengthened by a multi-layer, box construction of 1.5mm thick aluminium, the Kore’s sub-chassis is designed for extra rigidity and removal of unwanted damping, ensuring a more faithful reproduction of your vinyl. Three layers are bonded together using a unique Linn-specified adhesive to form an incredibly stiff structure, while keeping the weight low.

The LP12 uses five of these screws.
Two are used to attach the Top plate to the Plinth.
Three are used to attach the Sub Chassis to the Suspension Springs.

Linn Mudguard Washers for Sondek LP12 Turntable (1F-126)

Mudguard washers are used internally to help secure the P-Clip earth grounding wires and most importantly they should be used between the small grommet and the suspension locknuts. Price is for a SINGLE Washer.
For correct suspension setup the LP12 uses three of these Mudguard Washers.
