Proficient set the C661's woofer and tweeter at a 15-degree angle, so you can mount the speaker above a TV and point it at the listeners. Proficient C656 - 6.5 inch In-Ceiling LCR Speakers

Graphite makes the C656's woofer cone extremely stiff and light, which gives the speaker a clearer sound with lower distortion. The silk dome tweeter forms a synergistic blend with the graphite woofer, for the sweetest sound you've ever heard at this price. The 6½-inch woofer plays down to 45 Hz pretty amazing for such a small speaker!
By angling the C656's drivers 15 degrees, we allow you to point the speaker at the listener even though it's facing down. Proficient C651 - 6.5 inch In-Ceiling LCR Speakers

Proficient designed the C651 to be mounted directly above a TV set, so they angled its drivers 15 degrees toward the listener to deliver the same kind of directional effects you get with conventional box or in-wall home theater speakers. The sweet-sounding silk dome tweeter pivots for fine-tuning, and the 6½-inch polypropylene woofer puts out clean, punchy bass.
Proficient know most people will use the C651 with an inexpensive receiver. That's why they made it easy to drive. With impedance of 8 ohms, the C651 doesn't demand much current. And with its high 91 dB sensitivity, it doesn't need a lot of power to reach high volumes. It's also as easy to install as their more expensive models.

Proficient C825TT - 8 inch Dual channel In-Ceiling Speaker

With the C825TT in-ceiling speakers, you get truly great stereo sound even in tight spaces. It uses a dual-voice-coil 8-inch woofer with the same graphite cone material found in many of our better in-wall and in-ceiling speakers. The stiffness of the graphite gives you much less distortion, extremely clear sound and a deep bass response down to 28 Hz.
The C825TT's low-distortion 1-inch aluminum tweeters pivot so you can adjust the stereo effect. Power handling of 150 watts means the C825TT can really crank out the sound for parties, while its high sensitivity of 92 dB means it needs just one-third the power of a typical speaker. Tone switches let you boost bass and/or treble by 3 dB.

Proficient C625TT - 6.5 inch Dual channel In-Ceiling Speaker

The C625TT gives you stereo sound where mounting two speakers is impractical, such as in a hallway or bathroom. Its 6½-inch polypropylene woofer has dual voice coils so it can reproduce left and right stereo channels. Dual ¾-inch soft-dome tweeters handle the high frequencies. You can use the C625TT with any amplifier, thanks to its high 92 dB sensitivity. A typical speaker requires three times as much power! Proficient C851 - 8 inch In-Ceiling Speakers

Like some of the world's best audiophile speakers, the C851 uses an 8-inch woofer cone made from Kevlar. Kevlar can't stretch, so it produces clean sound with low distortion. A cast magnesium woofer basket provides a non-resonant frame for the powerful woofer. Our pivoting aluminum tweeter puts out low-distortion highs to complement the woofer's powerful lows.
Concealed boost/cut switches let you fine-tune bass and/or treble. With 28 Hz bass response and 175 watts power handling, the C851 lets you crank up even the heaviest rock tunes all day long (if that's what you want to do). And 92 dB sensitivity means the C851 needs only about one-third as much power as a typical speaker.

Proficient C801 - 8 inch In-Ceiling Speakers

The graphite material used in the C801's woofer cone is far stiffer than almost any other cone material you can find. That means it produces low distortion and very clear sound. To keep up with the high-powered woofer, they gave the C801 a low-distortion aluminum tweeter. The tweeter pivots so you can direct the sound wherever you want.
You can boost bass and/or treble by 3 dB using the tone switches behind the grille. A high sensitivity of 92 dB lets the C801 hit 100 dB with just 8 watts of power. With 28 Hz bass extension and 150-watt power handling, this speaker cranks out more than enough oomph for any party anywhere!

An 203mm/8-inch polypropylene woofer gives the C791 shockingly powerful bass for the price—all the way down to 36 Hz, which is even deeper than the lowest note on an upright bass! The C790's soft-dome tweeter pivots so you can direct the treble anywhere you want. Thanks to careful tweaking from our audiophile design team, the two drivers blend perfectly.
Hook up a pair of C791s to even a little 10-watt amp and you will be totally blown away. Thanks to its high 92 dB sensitivity, the C791 needs only about one-third as much power as a typical speaker. And the impedance is 8 ohms, which means any amp will have enough juice to drive it.
