Naim Burndy Interconnect
|

Burndy cables carry both signal and power, and feature dedicated, multi-pin, locking connectors. They are used with several of our power supplies and care should be taken to ensure that the correct cable is used in each application - the configuration of the cables varies with the particular units that are being linked. Units that require Burndy connections include the XPS, SuperLine, SNAXO, NAC 552, and the 555 PS.

Van Den Hul The River Hybrid 3T

The Van den Hul 3T The RIVER Hybrid is VDH's entry level cable equipped with their revolutionary new 3T (True Transmission Technology) conductor material. The cable has a coaxial (unbalanced) build with a centre-core made of 19 strands of .15 mm 3T, surrounded by a layer of patented L.S.C. (Linear Structured Carbon). The result is, certainly compared to regular copper and copper/silver conductors, a very wide and open soundstage with lots of dynamics, a deep and tight bass end and undistorted high end.

Chord Signature Tuned ARAY

The Signature Tuned ARAY replaces the Signature Plus and is a completely new cables design, with all the wonderful timing and coherence that Tuned ARAY technology brings. There is that balance between all the things that a high fidelity system should do and the sense of being there and watching a performance take place in your living room. As you progress through the Chord interconnect range, the Signature Tuned ARAY is the first interconnect to be built using Tuned ARAY principles. Originally developed for our Sarum cable range the Tuned ARAY technology works every bit as well on the Signature version. There is the same lift in detail, dynamics jump out, and drums surprise with the power. What really works though is the coherence of the music you play, the sense of involvement and being there. Linn Black Interconnect Cable
|
|
Linn Black interconnect cable is Linn's standard cable for connecting components in a Linn system.
This cable is derived from the low capacitance polystyrene dielectric cable used originally to carry the signal from a turntable and cartridge to a pre-amplifier. This ‘phono’ signal is probably the most demanding of all signals in any audio system, usually less than one thousandth of the signal between a CD player and an amplifier. A cable good enough to handle this signal will accurately transfer any other low level audio signals in an audio or AV system.

Linn Silver Interconnect Cable
|
|
Linn Silver interconnect cable shares the same low capacitance, low loss dielectric of the Black cable but has much more extensive shielding.
In any environment with electrical noise present, particularly in digitally based systems, this is a real benefit. The stiffer construction formed by the heavy double-braided shielding makes the cable much more robust and essentially free of microphony.
