Systemline S7-KPS11 - In Wall Keypad

The S7 KPS-11 keypad is a very cost effective in-wall keypad for simple control of the NetServer and NetAmp. It fits into a standard UK single 35mm back box and can be inserted into a 50x50mm Euro data fascia plate. It comes with a number of snap in buttons to reflect the desired functionality, the most popular being a selection of favourites stored on the server. These buttons can be configured to switch the NetAmp on and select one of the stored favourites on the server from one simple button press, making it ideal for bathrooms or guest bedrooms. The keypad requires a single Cat5/6 cable connected to the keypad socket on the NetAmp, the keypad having punch down connectors. Up to 4 keypads can be daisy chained together in a single zone. The keypad also has an IR receiver which can be enabled in the NetAmp web page setup.

The S7 NetServer is the central portal for all music services in any S7 system. It streams stored music, internet radio or music on demand services to up to 24 connected S7 NetAmp zones. There are three hard drive storage options; 320GB, 1.0TB and 2.0TB to suit different music libraries, all contained in the same compact unit. The server runs a Linux operating system and also includes a Logitech Media Server, CD ripping with data and cover art lookup software, as well as software to create 24 audio zones via USB connected NetAmps.

This device features full 5-Play convergence allowing the distribution of Video, Audio, LAN serving, Power over Ethernet (PoE), RS-232 and 2-way IR control functionality over the same CAT5e/6/7 cable. These combined HDMI and control signals can be transmitted up to lengths of 100 metres. This wall plate variant of the PU-507-RX receiver enables seamless integration into a standard double-gang back box.
