The power amplifier is the final component in the signal chain before the loudspeakers. It is the workhorse of a hi-fi system. It takes the low-level signal from the pre-amplifier and converts it to a powerful signal to drive the loudspeakers. It has a low-level input to receive the signal from the preamplifier, and terminals for connecting loudspeaker cables.
Because of the power amplifier's unique function, it differs from other components in size, weight and use. High-quality power amplifiers are usually large and heavy. Moreover, the power amplifier is the component you don't need to touch and adjust. Consequently, power amplifiers are often placed on the floor near the loudspeakers rather than in an equipment rack.
STEREO POWER AMPLIFIER:

Wadia A340 Mono Amplifier
The Wadia a340 digital mono amplifier provides 400 watts at 8 ohms or 500 watts at 4 ohms into a single channel. It shares the same sleek, modern industrial design as the 321 decoding computer, making a pair of a340s a perfect choice to use with the 321 to build your audio system.
Due to their electronic switching design, Wadia's new generation of amplifiers - including the a340 - are able to deliver massive amounts of power directly to your speakers with very little energy wasted in heat generation and dissipation. The large cooling fins or noisy fans often found in other high power amplifiers are no longer necessary. The result is a greener, compact and energy efficient amplifier.

Wadia A315 Stereo Power Amplifier
The Wadia a315 digital stereo amplifier provides 150 watts per channel at 8 ohms or 250 watts per channel at 4 ohms. It shares the same sleek, modern industrial design as the 321 decoding computer, making it a perfect amp to use with the 321. Both will blend nicely with virtually any room styling.
Along with all of their new generation amplifiers, the a315 is able to deliver massive amounts of power directly to your speakers with very little energy wasted in heat dissipation thanks to its electronic switching design. Large cooling fins or noisy fans often found in other high power amplifiers are no longer needed. The result is a greener, compact and energy efficient amplifier.

Wadia A102 Amplifier
The Wadia a102 digital stereo amplifier provides 50 watts per channel at 8 ohms or 80 watts per channel at 4 ohms. It shares the same Series 1 mini industrial design as the di122 digital audio decoder, making it a perfect amp to use with the di122. With their modern aesthetic, both will blend nicely with virtually any room styling to offer a complete audio system solution.
With an electronic switching design, their new generation of amplifiers are able to deliver massive amounts of power directly to your speakers with very little energy wasted in heat dissipation. They do away with the necessity for large cooling fins or noisy fans often found in other high power amplifiers. The result is a greener, compact and energy efficient amplifier.

Mark Levinson No 53 High Current Monaural Power Amplifier
"The Nº53 is the first-ever switching power amplifier from Mark Levinson. Despite their numerous advantages – increased efficiency, more power, compact dimensions, decreased weight and less heat dissipation than their linear counterparts – switching power amplifiers have generally been viewed with skepticism from the audiophile community due to the technical limitations inherent in switching designs and assumptions about the resulting sound quality. The Nº53, however, is the end result of an extensive R & D effort to find ways to emphasize the advantages of switching power amplifiers while overcoming their weaknesses, creating a landmark product truly worthy of the Mark Levinson Reference designation.

Mark Levinson No 533H High Current 3 Channel Power Amplifier
The Nº533H shares the same basic amplifier module as the Nº531H and Nº532H but is a semi-monoblock design. With power supplies that can be shared across multiple channels, this design lends itself well to multi-channel environments where one channel might need more power at times than others. All other features of the Nº533H are identical to the Nº531H and Nº532H and the common design creates a consistent sonic signature for use in multiple amplifier system configurations.

Mark Levinson No 532H High Current Dual Monaural Power Amplifier
The Nº531H and Nº532H are both true mono-block designs with independent power supplies for each channel and are rated at 300W per channel into 8 ohms. The transformers and power supply designs deliver unsurpassed dynamics and transient responses for today’s demanding audio formats and provide stability with even the most difficult to drive loudspeakers. Fully differential circuitry ensures that balanced input signals stay that way throughout the signal path and traditional Mark Levinson “Hurricane” binding posts offer secure termination to the loudspeaker.

Mark Levinson No 535H Power Amplifier
As the first five-channel amplifier from Mark Levinson, the Nº535H sets the bar high. Using a semimono-block design like the Nº533H, the Nº535H can deliver 200W per channel into all five channels simultaneously. Twelve output transistors and large amounts of capacitance per channel ensure that this amplifier is more than capable of delivering realistic dynamics and transients with audiophile-grade detail and response for even the most demanding audio tracks.

Naim Statement NAP S1 Power Amplifier
Everything about Statement is a leap forward in technology and design. It's been engineered from the ground up for pure performance.
Statement perfectly represents our philosophy of providing the highest quality power supply, while isolating individual sections to avoid unwanted interference.
The NAC S1 and NAP S1 share the same fundamental layout. The noisy power supply is housed in the base and sensitive electronics are nestled above. Each section is divided by an acrylic centre-piece that blocks interaction. Top section electronics are separated further still, with internal chambers isolating individual stages.
