The Beamax A-velvet frame screen ensures the maximum level of contrast between the projected image and the black velvet border running along the whole screen. Thanks to this contrast the images on screen are taken to another, much higher level. The 4-way tension that is applied to the projection screen fabric creates a perfectly flat surface. This is the ultimate mix for high end dedicated rooms and high resolution projection, without a moiré effect. The A-Velvet has an aluminum frame covered with high quality light-absorbing velvet flock.

An optional choice of seven veneer finishes (Honey Maple, Medium Oak, Heritage Walnut, Mahogany, Light Oak, Natural Walnut, Cherry) is also available for the front cover of the screen case for a warm, elegant look. Screen surface retracts completely into the case for a clean, modern appearance when screen is not in use. For easy installation, the Tensioned Contour® Electrol® is available with SCB-100 or SCB-200 (RS-232 serial control board), low voltage control unit or a video projector interface built into the case.

The Beamax A-Series fixed frame screens are an intelligent choice for rooms in which the screen must be permanently in sight. The aluminum frame is durable and surrounds the projected image. This border enhances the perceived contrast of the projected image. The unique feature of frame screens is of course the perfectly flat screen fabric obtained by the even tensioning of all 4 sides.
