Radiohead - The Bends LP

Radiohead The Bends on 180g LP
XL Recordings Proudly Presents the Radiohead Album Catalog on Vinyl in 2016!
Known for their explorative and restless sound, taking influence from old style rock like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Neil Young and Pink Floyd as well as from electronica and hip hop, each of Radiohead's albums marks a cornerstone in their musical evolution. While Radiohead surely saw its stock rising after their 1993 debut Pablo Honey, it wasn't until their artisic breakthrough, The Bends that the band really began to be fully realized for their soaring aspirations. Displaying a far more expansive approach than its predecessor, The Bends marries such ambitious and often challenging, instrumental soundscapes to songs that are at their cores hauntingly melodic and accessible. It's one of the most essential albums of the '90s and a spectacular indicator of further greatness to come.

Killers - Hot Fuss LP

|
The Killers' breakout 2004 debut Hot Fuss features eleven nuggets of reel-you-in storytelling genius and musical nectar. These tracks span from the very Vegas "Somebody Told Me" to "Mr Brightside," a tale of suspected infidelity. You'll also find two-thirds of a murder trilogy in "Midnight Show," and "Jenny." It's a wonderfully ambitious series that belies the band's tender years. Elsewhere, "On Top" celebrates where the always confident Brandon Flowers felt the band was at the time, while stalker's tale "Andy You're A Star" and "All These Things That I've Done," found the frontman realizing his dream of incorporating a gospel choir.

2 LPs
Blood Sugar Sex Magik is the fifth studio album by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, released on September 24, 1991.
