The Stereo Remastered Album On Heavyweight 180g Vinyl.
Remastered from the original analogue tapes by James Guthrie, Joel Plante and Bernie Grundman
Original UK release date: September 1975
Wish You Were Here was an instant commercial success (despite the fact that Harvest Records' parent company EMI was unable to print enough copies of the album to satisfy commercial demand), and although it initially received mixed reviews, the album has since gone on to receive critical acclaim. It appears on Rolling Stone's lists of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time" and the "50 Greatest Prog Rock Albums of All Time". Band members Richard Wright and David Gilmour have cited Wish You Were Here as their favourite Pink Floyd album, and many critics and fans have considered the album to be the band's magnum opus.

Ryan Adams - Gold LP
Lost Highway record label
Incredible second album by the erstwhile Whiskeytown frontman and songwriter. This record catapulted Ryan Adams to the top of the burgeoning Americana scene as he mined The Boss, Dylan, primetime (ahem!) Elton, The Stones, Van The Man and Tom Petty, turning out a perfect, modern, beautiful version of his own. There's not one weak song here, it's warm, 70's, flowing, goovy vibes all the way home. Gorgeous stuff. Now rightly regarded as a classic.

Led Zeppelin - IV LP
Recorded at Headley Grange in Hampshire, Island Studios in London and Sunset Sound in Los Angeles, Led Zeppelin IV is the album that put Led Zeppelin into homes around the world, acting as a successful marriage of the hard rock from their second album with the folkier meanderings of their third. It is an album that demonstrates their subtlety and restraint as much as their stadium-filling grandstanding and it confirmed their superstar rock status.

Faithless - Outrospective LP
Outrospective was Faithless' third and most successful album, where Maxi Jazz's trendy vicar approach and Sister Bliss & Rollo's innate sense of what makes music work reach their climax. It is more upbeat in tempo and emotion and has an intuitive production that emphasizes their E-flavoured spirituality to a tee. Featuring Dido and their biggest selling hit "We Come One".

Air - Moon Safari LP
Little did Air know that when they released their first major full length debut Moon Safari on Virgin records, that they would be unleashing a maelstrom of electro bands that would follow in the millennium that was to come. They landed on the scene as music was just starting to take a decisive turn back to the synthesizers of the early 80s, a reaction to the years of grunge and hard rock we were all forced to endure, and Moon Safari was poised to turn things back around. I remember whenever I put on ‘Le Femme D’Argent’ my girlfriend would always remark “Oh, you’re putting that song from TAXI on again.” Looking back now I guess the keyboard solo does sound a little bit like the TAXI theme song. Regardless of my girlfriend’s zingers, this is an amazing album. The bass lines on this record dance around the songs slow and beautifully, transcending to an ethereal level when combined with the wash of the synthesizers. Beth Hirsch’s vocals on All I Need are haunting and reminiscent of Beth Gibbons of Portishead, but with less kill myself and more let’s make love. These guys are like Portishead after years of therapy. Just listen for yourself.
