Naim NAC 252 pre Amplifier

The NAC 252 descends from the NAC 52 - still one of the finest pre-amplfiers ever manufactured. It brings both control and connectivity advances over the NAC 52, and a significantly enhanced construction, aesthetic and finish. Its performance, too, is enhanced with the benefit of a decade of R & D bringing yet more speed, detail, transparency and music.
Improved earthing arrangements have resulted in an entirely new circuit topology, built upon a single very high quality, anti-resonance main audio circuit board. Anti-vibration, resonance-controlling feet compliment the ingeniously slotted and suspended main circuit board to protect the sensitive internal components from resonance and microphonic vibration. Ten independently regulated power supplies are fed from the matching Super-Cap power supply. Totally separate regulated supplies for the digital control and switching ensure no noise is generated in the audio circuits.

Naim NAC 282 (including NAPSC2) Pre Amplifier

The included NAPSC power supply independently powers the digital and control circuits while the audio circuits are fed either from a NAP 150 or NAP 200 power amplifier or from a stand-alone power supply such as the Hi-Cap or Super-Cap.
A user configurable 'Smart IR' system remote control is supplied.
Two of the six inputs on the naim NAC 282 can be configured either as the usual DIN plug inputs, preferred for their superior earthing and impedance matching, or for use with the more common RCA phono connectors, allowing a wide range of non-Naim cables and components to be used. A dedicated unity-gain input is provided for use with the Naim AV2 processor or similar.

Naim right-angled, twin loudspeaker plugs, which provide a safe, convenient and very effective connection. Even their plating has been the subject of research and development work.

Naim NAC A5 Loudspeaker Cable

Connections between all the components, including those to the loudspeakers, are crucial to any audio system’s performance.
NACA5 is Naim's multi-strand loudspeaker cable, consisting of two separated 4mm square conductors. Its design is optimised for use with Naim amplifiers and loudspeakers by ensuring that its capacitance, inductance and resistance are entirely compatible.
Naim strongly recommend its use, along with their right-angled, twin loudspeaker plugs, which provide a safe, convenient and very effective connection. Even their plating has been the subject of research and development work.
