To ensure an even sound coverage at every seating position in a movie theatre, multiple surround speakers are installed along both the side and rear walls. SpeakerCraft’s AIM Cinema Dipole series has been designed to recreate this wide soundstage without the necessity of a large number of surround speakers.

At the heart of each AIM Cinema dipole speaker is a multi-driver array mounted within a single pivoting and aim- able baffle. This combination provides a very wide dispersion of sound, with the aim-able baffle allowing far more positional flexibility on installation.

The AIM Cinema Dipole One utilises two 5.25” off-set angled IMG bass drivers and two 1” off-set angled silk dome tweeters. The complete driver complement is mounted on a pivoting baffle. A switchable bass filter allows for in-room response tailoring.

In 5.1 or 7.1 channel home theatre systems, the AIM Cinema Dipole One will create a wide and convincing surround channel sound.
