Using the EZC-1.0, your Home Theatre system will be simplicity itself to control. No explanations, no uncertainty, just totally guaranteed operation every single time.
Your installer determines the precise command structure required to fully activate your system. This would include: power commands, function controls, input selection, delays and status management. Once the structure has been established, the required commands are stored within the EZC-1.0. This sequence (or macro) is then associated with a single ‘trigger’ command, which is taught to your remote control. Every required sequence can be given its own unique single trigger command.
Several learning remotes can perform macros, but they all have distinct weaknesses: consistent operation simply cannot be guaranteed and RS232 controlled products cannot be interfaced. With the EZC-1.0, these problems become a thing of the past.
A single IR command from remote will provide a limitless number of commands and delays, the guaranteed operation of toggle power components, voltage and video sensing and IR to RS232 conversion: full operation of RS32 components via an IR remote control.
Multi-room control
When combined with the Eazy6 preamp and EZ Pad keypads or IR receivers, the EZC-1.0 becomes a multi-room system that provides seamless control over every component.
In addition to source component control, the EZC-1.0 can provide up to six zones with their own unique control output. This could be used in numerous ways ranging from simple input selection and volume control of the Eazy6 to control of the unique components within each zone.
All sequences, keypad layouts, IR and RS232 commands can be backed-up on your computer. The EZC-1.0 will turn the seemingly impossible into a totally practical solution.
