MZC Keypad. LCD Colour Screen. Titling From iPod & Jukebox Audio Servers
For many music lovers, Apple’s iPod® has become the primary means of music storage and playback. SpeakerCraft has set about creating a multi-room interface that would allow iPods to be seamlessly controlled from every room of the house.
Uniquely intuitive, the MODE Keypad provides full control of each iPod with all album information visible on a high resolution colour display.
Simplicity of operation and selection has been one the keys to the iPod’s success and the MODE keypad mirrors this approach.
Mounted in a double gang wall-plate, the MODE features a scroll wheel and push button that allows you to scroll through your iPod music information, accessing a particular song, album, or artist with a simple scroll and click. Users familiar with iPod navigation will find the MODE keypad as logical and intuitive.
Combined with the MZC-66 or MZC-88 multi-room controllers a MODE keypad can communicate with up to six independent iPods. A dedicated base station allows each iPod to be conveniently located while a single Cat 5 cable carries both audio and data back to the MZC controller.
SpeakerCraft’s digital audio servers - Jukebox One and Jukebox Four - can be fully controlled via the MODE keypad. Album, artist, song title, genre, and user defined play-lists can all be selected from its colour display. With the Jukebox Four, up to four independent albums from the same collection can be selected and played throughout the home.
When MODE keypads are combined with either the MZC-88 multi-room controller or an external tuner, radio stations can also be selected “by name”.
Available in white or black, the MODE keypad significantly enhances the already sophisticated control capabilities of the MZC multi-room controllers.
